Ireland visits the Lycées du BUGEY
From May 17th to May 21st, Mr Garrett COYLE, Physical Education teacher at Saint MACARTAN’S in Ireland, came to prepare the visit of an Irish class for next October.
The week has been the opportunity of productive meetings:
Meeting with the sport class which participate in the exchange in Ireland, probably in March 2023, around the sport theme.
Meeting with the Euro section of the vocational and general school around a friendly exchange on practices in France and Ireland.
Meeting with students to discover the Gaelic Football, the most popular sport in Irlande. The coaching was made by Irish men and women from the French-Irish Association of Lyon.
Meeting with students in PE class to exchange around PE practices in France and Ireland.
